Sensor Technologies' ONE SystemTM provides a fully-integrated, easy-to-use fluorescence correlation spectrometer. The “shell design” of Sensor Technologies' FCS software package provides flexible levels of user control. On one level, the software offers complete control of data acquisition and analysis. At a higher level, the software provides customized, assay-specific analysis.

The ONE SystemTM provides:

  • Detection of a broad range of fluorophores
  • Simultaneous detection in three channels
  • Concurrent measurement of:
    • Auto-correlation
    • Cross-correlation
    • Photon histogram
  • Comprehensive analysis of data
